Ms. Chin is a chartered professional accountant, certified general accountant and a graduate of the University of British Columbia (BCom). Ms. Chin has over 15 years of experience in audit, finance and accounting within the mining, exploration, health care and technology industries. She has served as a director and executive officer for numerous publicly traded companies, where she was responsible for all aspects of financial services, financial reporting, corporate governance, and has led numerous financings, mergers and acquisitions to successful completion.
